Hey man I seen your Mos Def pic and I'm basically just learning PhotoShop on my own, and I'm pretty good. I've made typo. portraits like your based off of tutorials, but I can't find anything on how to make them with depth, like, how your words flow with the contours of the face. Any chance of you helping me out with that? Or pointing me to somewhere that can... 'preciate it Cris.

ya i had the same problem when i was trying to learn type portraitslol, its a real long process and alot of hand crampin involved lol but i go through and write, texture, and color each letter by hand with a lil pen tablet. all tho the mos def pic lettering was based off a text file ai created but as u can see in the bob marley one i dropped all text fonts and just wrote out the letters by hand, i think it gives it a cooler look lol

yea i really like the Marley pic. So you're saying tho it IS possible to get the contours of the face with a text file without using a Wacom tablet? I still gotta buy one of those lol.
